Sometimes it looks like massage for an aching neck and shoulders. Sometimes it means pelvic floor support, breastfeeding help, pregnancy care, or simply having someone in your corner during a major life transition.
That’s one of the things we love about our space at Modern Massage & Wellness. We’re home to independent wellness professionals who each bring their own specialty, experience, and heart to caring for women, babies, and families.

Allison Holloway, LMT — Modern Massage & Wellness
Allison specializes in customized massage for women, with a particular focus on prenatal and postpartum massage, head, neck, jaw and facial pain, and nervous-system-focused bodywork.
Ellen — Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Ellen helps women better understand and care for their pelvic health through specialized physical therapy. Pelvic floor care can be valuable during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout many other seasons of life.
Holly — Bloom Mobile Ultrasound
Holly brings a personal and memorable ultrasound experience to growing families through Bloom Mobile Ultrasound.
Morgan — Mama & Baby Collective
Morgan supports families through several stages of the parenting journey, offering doul a services, lactation consulting, and craniosacral therapy for babies and adults.
Brooke Thompson, MS, LPCC-S — Life Goals Counseling
Brooke is a licensed professional counselor and she works with individuals ages fourteen and older to assist in changing lives for the better in a safe, positive, honest, and encouraging atmosphere.
